Privacy policy

How we handle the personal information you give us.

Kitchen Tech Solution (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Last updated: 2026.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That usually means:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and suburb, submitted through our enquiry form or given to us by phone or email.
  • Job details — what you're building or replacing, rough sizes, photos, plans or drawings you send us.
  • Site details — the address of the property, recorded when you book a site measure.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we never ask for passwords or identity documents by email.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and answer your questions;
  • prepare a measure and a written quote;
  • manufacture, deliver and install the products you order;
  • provide after-sales service, warranty support and adjustments;
  • meet our record-keeping obligations under Australian law.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

Who we share it with

We disclose personal information only where it is necessary to do the work, and only as much as is needed. That can include:

  • manufacturers and glass suppliers, to make your units to size;
  • installers and contractors working on your job;
  • our email provider, which stores the messages you send us;
  • professional advisers, insurers, or authorities where the law requires it.

We do not disclose your information overseas as part of ordinary business, other than through email and hosting providers that may store data outside Australia.

The enquiry form

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, the details you enter are sent to us by email. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for servicing your job and meeting our legal obligations, and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed.

This website

  • Cookies. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
  • Web fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser's IP address is visible to Google when it requests those font files. Google's handling of that request is covered by its own privacy policy.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and reliability.
  • External links. Links to other sites, such as Google Maps, are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; if you have information you consider sensitive, call us rather than sending it through the form.

Access and correction

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@kitchentechsolution.com.au or call 0425 090 819 and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first using the details below and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
